Patsy Peters, age 83 of Perry, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at the Kings Garden Campus of Perry Lutheran Homes in Perry. According to wishes, no services are planned. Patsy Lou Peters was born on December 27, 1938, at Oakley, MN to James Arthur and Pearl Lavina (Carlisle) Birdsell. She attended Perry High School. She was united in marriage to Ronald Cross in 1956, and then Dennis Peters in 1986. She worked at McDonald's Pharmacy in Perry, Oscar Mayer, Hotel Pattee, and at Walmart Floral. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Perry. Patsy was good at interior decorating, baking, and cooking. She loved spending time with her great grandchildren. In death she rejoins her parents, James and Pearl Birdsell, and thirteen siblings. Left to cherish Patsys memory are her children, Cynthia (Connie) Taylor, Johnston, IA, Danny (Teresa) Cross, Jefferson, IA, and Rona Cross, Perry, IA, 8 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
