Paul Buckroyd

Paul Buckroyd, 70 of West Des Moines passed away on November 28, 2018. A celebration of life will be from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory in Urbandale. Paul was born on August 5, 1948 to Lloyd and Mary (Betty) Buckroyd in Des Moines. He attended St. Ambrose and Dowling Catholic High School. Paul worked at McDonalds on Merle Hay Road for 20 years. Most recently, Paul worked for Allied and Nationwide as a Claims Adjuster. Paul’s greatest passion was his Corvettes. He was a member of the Corvette Club’s in Ames and Des Moines. He loved his friends from the Corvette Club. Paul is survived by his brother, Jay Buckroyd; nieces, Jennifer (Tim) Sweet and Christine Buckroyd; and great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, John Buckroyd.
