Randal Keith Tucker

Randal Keith Tucker was born February 9, 1958 in Winterset, the son of Max and Mary Jo (Lull) Tucker. He was a 1976 graduate of Orient-Macksburg High School and attended Southwestern Community College in Creston. Randal worked retail most of his life. He worked for Kmart in Creston for 17 years and Sears Credit in Des Moines for 10 years. Most recently, he was employed by Wal-Mart in Creston. He is survived by his parents, Max and Mary Jo of Macksburg; siblings, Brian Tucker of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Greg (LeAnn) Tucker of Macksburg, Renee Tucker of Des Moines, Noel (Teresa) Tucker of Beaumont, TX, and Neal (Robin) Tucker of Wadsworth, IL; aunts and uncles, Ruth Tucker of Winterset, Blaine (Darlene) Tucker of Branson, MO, Keith (Ethel Lee) Tucker of Winterset, Jean Greenwood of Clive, Pete Lull of Martensdale, and Leota Lull of Patterson; nieces and nephews, Aaron (Ashley) Tucker, Joshua Tucker, Amy Tucker (friend, Brett Ray), Seth Tucker, Scott Tucker, Jordan Tucker, and Trent Tucker; and a great niece, Addison Tucker. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ira and Mattie Tucker; maternal grandparents, Robert and Blanche Lull; and several aunts and uncles. Randal was very quick-witted and enjoyed turning puns. Family was of utmost importance to him. He was always interested and generous in their lives, cutting out clippings and shopping for the most useful gift. He always enjoyed decorating for holidays and parties and loved any time spent with family. Randal went home to be with the Lord on August 28, 2007. Memorial: 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday with family present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., September 9, 2007 at Ochiltree Funeral Service & Aftercare in Winterset, Iowa
