Randy Stringer

On Wednesday, February 2, 2022, Randy Gene Stringer, age 58, went to be with the Lord. Randy was born June 15, 1963 to Richard and Corene in Des Moines, IA. He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1981, and was proud of his upbringing. Randy went on to graduate from Central College in 1993 with his Bachelor of Arts degree. Randy loved Gene Simmons from KISS, the Iowa Hawkeyes, and dogs (golden retrievers to be specific). Randy was a loving father, who's pride and joy were his two kids and three grandsons. Randy also had a great love for the Lord. Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Corene Stringer. Randy is survived by his son, Rick Stringer; daughter, Randa (Matt) Olson; brother, David (Renee) Stringer; sister, Dianne (Buddy) Wilbert; grandkids, Landon, Hudson, and Kaden Olson and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 6:00 p.m., both at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home – McCalley Chapel in Adel.
