Rebecca Hoening

Rebecca “Becky” Darlene Hoening, 66, daughter of Harold and Darlene Ostring was born on December 10, 1955. She passed away unexpectedly at her home on August 7, 2022. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 13, 2022 at the First Baptist Church in Lorimor with visitation one hour prior. Memorials may be directed to the family. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.caldwellparrish.com. Becky graduated from Central Dallas High School in 1975. She obtained her CNA after High School. She then worked at Woodward Resource Center for many years and many other health care facilities. Becky was always willing to help others. She was very active in church and operation Christmas Child Shoebox. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Denise Kuhns; mother, Darlene Ostring; grandchildren, Trenton and Nevaeh Kuhns; and her grand puppy, Tiger. She is also survived by her siblings, Steve (Jo) Ostring, Mark (Kathy) Ostring, Matthew Ostring, Christie (Andrew) Hansen, Louella (Jeff) Alford; along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Ostring; and infant daughter, Shawn Hoening.
