Richard Keith Judd

Richard Judd, age 95 of Perry, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at the Perry Lutheran Homes Kings Garden Campus in Perry IA. Services will be held at a later date to be announced. Memorials will be given to Perry Golf and Country Club or McCreary Community Center and may be left at the Carris Family Funeral Home & Cremation Care. Richard Keith Judd was born on December 29, 1926, at Perry, IA to Corwin K. and Daisy L. (Kinder) Judd. He attended school in Chicago, IL and Santa Monica, CA. Dick served in the United States Navy during W.W. II. He was united in marriage to Joyce Ann Walker in 1951. Dick worked for the Milwaukee Railroad, retiring in 1982. He was a member of the VFW, and the Moose Lodge. He enjoyed playing golf and softball, reading, bowling, fishing, and dancing. In death he rejoins his parents, Corwin and Daisy Judd and a brother, Robert Judd. Left to cherish Dicks memory are his son, Montie (Roberta) Judd, Ankeny, IA, grandfather to several grandchildren and great grandchildren, plus several nieces and nephews.
