Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, At St Joseph Catholic Church in Jefferson, with burial at the St Joseph Cemetery, Jefferson. Friends may call Tuesday after noon at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson, with family present from 6:00 till 8:00 p. m.. There will be a Vigil service Hastings Funeral Hone at 7:00p.m. Richard is survived by his sister, Mary Parker (Paul) of Churdan Nephew Perry and wife Marilyn Parker, niece Tina Parker .
