Ronald (Wayne) Shambaugh 80, of West Des Moines, previously of Van Meter, went home to be with the Lord on April 21, 2020. He farmed, worked at Armstrong Tire, and did commercial construction. He had previously lived in Altoona and Mingo. He is survived by his wife Janet; 3 daughters, Donna Schuster, Kesha (Michael) Nolan, and Becky (Mark) Bennett; 5 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. Preceded in death were his parents, Rex and Anna; wife Dorothy; sister, Linda Gray and a brother, Craig. No memorial services are planned at this time.
