Scott Vowell of St. Charles, died Saturday, May 20, 2017, at the Winterset Care Center South. He was 50 years old. Scott Howard Vowell was born in Des Moines on January 7, 1967 the son of George Vowell and Mary Lou Jackson. A Graveside Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Peru Cemetery in Peru with a luncheon to follow at the Peru United Methodist Church.
