Sharon was born December 9, 1963 in Nixon, Nevada; the daughter of Ronald and Ardythe (Rhodes) Kochampanasken. Sharon married Larry Street and had lived in the Winterset area since 1992. She is survived by her husband, Larry Street of Winterset; her mother, Ardythe Kochampanasken of Nixon, Nevada; two children, Carisa Kochampanasken Street of Anadaroka, Oklahoma, Richard Street and wife, Vonna of Devils Lake, North Dakota; and four grandchildren, Kasen, Richie, and Hunter Street and Triston Reign Kochampanasken. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald and brother, Denny Kochampanasken. Sharon was a Native American Craftsman. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, the VFW Auxiliary and the American GI Forum Ladies Auxiliary. Sharon was also a member of the Gourd Dance Society and member of the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe. Sharon died Thursday, August 28, 2008 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. She was 44. Visitation: Will be held on the Pyramid Lake Paiute Reservation in Nevada. Service: Memorials may be directed to the family. Memorial: A gathering with family will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at Ochiltree Funeral Service & Aftercare in Winterset.
