Sheryl Ann Rolfe

Sheryl Rolfe (née Rudig) of Minburn, IA passed away on July 15, 2022 at the age of 74 from complications of kidney failure. She was born on December 29, 1947 in Hamburg, IA to Albert and Ila Rudig. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Council Bluffs, IA in 1966, and married Dave Rolfe in 1968. They later welcomed a daughter, Caren. She worked for many years at Mutual of Omaha, in Omaha, NE, Reinsurance Underwriters, in Omaha, NE, and retired from the American Diabetes Association in Des Moines, IA after more than 20 years of service. She has been a resident of Minburn, IA for more than 30 years. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Caren, and her parents, Albert and Ila Rudig. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Dave Rolfe, her sister Sheila Dreiger (Mike), and her grandchildren Alicia and Cole. The family asks that any memorials be made to the American Kidney Fund.
