Tara Shea Overmyer

Tara Shea Overmyer, 37, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. A memorial service will be at 12:00 p.m., Friday, February 12, 2016 at Lutheran Church of Hope in West Des Moines. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Tara loved animals, volunteering, dancing and the Florida beaches. Most of all she loved spending time with her family especially watching her kids sporting events. She will be greatly missed. Tara is survived by her husband, Jason; sons, Jacob and Justin; daughter, Jerzye; brother, Ken Driggers; and sisters, Leah and Dani Driggers. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Rykheok and grandparents Gill and Maxine Dudley. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the family in Taras name for a college fund for her children.
