Tarlochan Dhillon

Tarlochan Dhillon, 88, of Urbandale, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024 at the UnityPoint Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.

Tarlochan was born on February 4, 1936 in India. She moved to Canada in 1997 then to the United States in 2018 to be closer to family. Tarlochan was very in touch with her faith and was devoted to her prayers. She was kind and loving to all and loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

Tarlochan is survived by her three sons, Gurpal, Jagtar, and Balkar; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daljit; son, Mukhitar; and her parents, Surinder and Harnam.

A washing and prayer service will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Dhillon residence at 8210 Dennis Dr. Urbandale, Iowa. Following the prayer service, Tarlochan will be transported to Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home (8201 Hickman Rd. Urbandale, Iowa) for a prayer service prior to cremation from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.caldwellparrish.com.
