Tim Hobson

Timothy Howard Hobson, son of Howard Thomas Hobson and Georgia Ann Seelbach Hobson, was born June 24, 1962 in Springfield, Illinois and died November 26, 2012 in Boone, Iowa. Tim was 50. He attended school in Jefferson, Battle Creek, Ida Grove, and Boone. Timothy's sister Terri and her friend Jane Parker would take him to and from school. After school they would take him to the A&W for treats. He sorted nuts and bolts at Battle Creek and Ida Grove. He loved all people especially babies and children. Timothy enjoyed watching any and all movies. He also loved all music and had it playing all the time, which is why we went through many radios during his lifetime. He collected watches, coozies, and travel cups. Timothy liked camping and spending time with his family. In the fall of 2010 Timothy qualified for state bowling tournament. Timothy is preceded in death by his parents, brother Gregg, and nephew Chad Courtright. Tim is survived by his four sisters: Lynn Blinco (Rick) of Millerton, IA, Marilyn Leanne Naylor (Phill) of Rippey, IA, Laureen "Lori" Grow (Jeff) of Rippey, IA, and Terri Scheuermann of Boone, IA; nieces & nephews: Jennifer Lawson (Steve), Shane Scheuermann (Lisa), Tanner Scheuermann (Jackie Minnehan), Danielle Reinert (Shawn), Michelle Irwin (Tyson), and Jarred Naylor; many aunts and uncles; other relatives, and many friends.
