Trey Lee Hudnell

Trey Lee Hudnell, son of Albert Stephen Hudnell and Gayla Jo White Hudnell was born on February 8, 1990 in Des Moines, Iowa. While working in Marshall County, he tragically died on August 25, 2017. Trey attended school at the Dallas Center Christian School and later Perry High School. Trey married his high school sweetheart, Megan Liann Neuhalfen on August 1, 2009. The couple was blessed with three children: Madisyn, Tyler, and Jamie. Trey and Megan shared many interests, including their love of the same music and the outdoors, where she taught him to bow hunt. They were always excited for deer season where they hunted together. Trey enjoyed riding his bike and four- wheeler, working on cars, coon dogs and coon hunting. Trey was an over the road truck driver, and owned his own semi for a while. He continued that career, working for others. Trey loved Megan and their children. They were his pride and joy. Trey was raised in a large family and they also were very special to him. He enjoyed big get-togethers with them. Trey was preceded in death by his father Albert Hudnell; his grandparents; Megan's grandparents; and his infant brother-in-law Brandon Neuhalfen. Trey is survived by and will be forever in the hearts of his wife Megan; daughters Madisyn and Jamie; son Tyler all of Pleasant Hill, Iowa; mother Gayla Stokes (David) of Van Meter, Iowa; Trey's biological father John Waltz; siblings Christina Mangin of Smithville, TN; Andrew (Julie) Hudnell, Yale, Iowa; Regina Hudnell, Smithville, TN; Letisha Demmers (Joshua) of The Netherlands; Johnathon Hudnell, Jewell, Iowa; Shawn Hudnell, Madrid, Iowa; Micah Hudnell (Angel) of Dallas Center, Iowa; half-sisters Cheyenne Waltz, Des Moines, Iowa, and Felicia Waltz, Des Moines, Iowa; father and mother- in- law: Ron and Loni Neulhalfen of Perry, Iowa; sister- in- law Nicole Neulhalfen of Des Moines, Iowa; and brother- in -law Kyle Neulhalfen of Perry, Iowa.
