Tristan Liker-Hill

Tristan Duane Lee Liker-Hill was born on September 12, 2021 at 2:35 am in Akron, Ohio. After a brave fight against several viruses and an unbalanced AV canal defect, our little hero lost his battle on February 27, 2022 at 6:55 am. He was loved beyond measure. Tristan was a beautiful and loving soul, with fire-red hair, beautiful blue eyes, a smile that could light up the room, a giggle that was contagious, a warrior spirit and he rocked his extra chromosome (Down syndrome). He loved being tickled, being sung to, being read to, his bedside seascape, stuffed squirrel, swing and dogs, but most of all his favorite thing to do was to cuddle with his family and make them smile. He loved his big brother, Gabe, his Daddy (Shawn) and Ota (Adam). He also loved his grandparents (Brenda, Sue, Gary and Paul), aunts (Kelsey and Abby), uncles (Andrew and Aaron), his cousin (Greyson), his family and his friends. Tristan was not with us on Earth for very long, but he made a big, life-changing impact and he will live on forever in our hearts and will watch over us as our guardian angel. “A life need not be long-lived for it to have been meaningful” - Unknown
