William Kline

William “Cody” Kline, age 32, of Des Moines, was tragically taken from us January 12th, 2022. He was born on April 5th, 1989, to Dana (Parks) and Robert Larsen. Cody graduated from Waukee High School in 2007. Growing up he was constantly taking things apart and piecing them back together, which lead to him being known as a self-taught handyman and mechanic. Cody was always eager to help in any way he could. Cody loved to laugh and spend time with family and friends. He enjoyed camping, the outdoors and anything to do with cars. Cody is preceded in death by his mother, Dana Parks; and grandparents, Elizabeth “Ann” Strong and William “Kay” Ford. He is survived by his sister, Lynz Ross; niece, Tahlea Ross; nephew, Ryker Brown; aunt, Valerie (Stewart) Jenkins; cousin, Randy (Ashley) Green; adoptive father, Dennis Kline; biological father, Robert Larsen; best friends, Perry Baker and Brandon Hick; as well as many additional friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
